Project:

Using a wiki page, you and your partner will become experts and share information about a country that interests you. You will use the web to find information and images. As you and your partner gather information, you will need to evaluate the web sites to make sure that you have credible information. Refer to your checklist.

Next, you will organize all of your interesting facts and information on the wiki page for your classmates to view. Others will then be able to view your page, make changes to your page and comment on your page. You will use what you have learned to make a presentation to the class.

Final Presentation

You will have the opportunity to tell your peers some of the interesting things you learned about your chosen country. They can follow along on their computers so it's a good idea to follow the order you used on your wiki page. That way, people won't have to scroll up and down.

Be sure to tell us your country's name, where it is located and what surrounds it geographically. Describe what it would be like to live there. For example, what kind of job would we most likely have, what might we wear, what language would we speak and what type of currency would we use to purchase things. Tell us a little bit about the pictures you chose.

Each of you is responsible for four - six elaborations.
